MPLAY Crash every time rendering out a flip book

Trying to render out a flipbook and seem to always get a crash on frame 11 or surrounding number. Have plenty of RAM, GPU is only ever at 10%. More than enough power to handle the simple simulation I am doing.

Its not firewall, UAC or driver.

Have updated/turned off all of those.

It also happens on every flipbook, doesnt matter at which part it is.

Any ideas?
