Fluid Collision Issue

Hi, I'm having an issue where my fluid particles aren't hitting my collision geometry as expected. In the attached image you can see the Surface Collision green guide (which looks correct). The particles are colliding correctly with the sides of the trench but when they get into the more open ‘O’ area they seem to hit an invisible wall. Im sure Im doing something wrong (Im very new to Houdini) but if anyone can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated!

Thanks!

Keith

Hello.
Please turn on Collision check box in FLIP Object DOP and see what happens.
FLIP particles generate its own collision field when they should interact with other objects like RBDs.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Managed to get it working like you said. I was trying to use the surface collision route but the RBD volume collision guide with tweaked divisions worked great.

Cheers!
