When i use opsave for audio files the output file is very low quality, very noisy…
is there any other way to export audio from Houdini?

A few things:
1) Make sure your sample rate is reasonable (22kHz, 44.1kHz)
2) Make sure that your audio levels in the CHOP reside between -1 and 1, otherwise you'll get clipping distortion.
3) aiff writing/reading seems to be broken. Use another format instead (.wav).
All other ways of outputing CHOP data would produce the same result (Op Menu->Save Data Channels, Channel ROP).
