Hi,
I have two extruded grids:
1. 2 columns, 2 rows, size 3x3
2. 2 columns, 2 rows, size 1x1

Then I use Boolean to substract smaller one from larger one:

The result is this:

The same result is when using Box nodes.

Is there any way how to create this geometry without that seam?
It don't looks good when rendered.

that seam is necessary as otherwise you can't define single polygon with a hole as a continuous closed curve

OK, I understand that. But is there any trick how to avoid seams to be visible in rendered output?

In image above seams are even more pronounced because they was a part of PolyBevel node.

just don't include that edge when polybevelling
PolyBevel has a checkbox Ignore Flat Edges, see if it helps

EDIT: actually effect like you see after polybevel would happen only if you have faces coming down the bridge edge, that will not happen just from the boolean setup as you were showing before

I'm a total beginner with Houdini. I'm unable to polyextrude that curve without seam faces coming down. I'm sending the HIP file as an attachment. Can you or someone please help me to correct it? It does not matter how that geometry of letter o will be created. It is only necessary that seam will not be seen on the render.

Just add a Fuse Node after the Curve Nodes in the “O”'s and that should do the trick!
