Hi guys, this may have a really simple solution, but I've been having trouble finding an answer on google.
I have a color texture map with alpha that I want the point colors of the geo to show through from behind.
I want the texture colors to be really bright so multiplying by the point color doesn't look right.
Iv'e tried using the material layer mix, but that also looks dull.
I also thought decal might work, but couldn't see any change.
I did manage to get it to look good by using a cop net to composite the background color with the texture, and then referencing that in the basecolor texture parameter of the principled shader, however, for rather complicated reasons I can't use the cop net for this.
Any Ideas?
