Is There Any MP3 File Helps??
Because I Can't Read mp4s (What Ever Those Are…)

hmm… where did you got this mp4 files? I don't think there's audio mp3 file help tho – unless someone manages to put one up on their own spare time..

maybe you're referring to the ‘rm’ files from those old video tutorials? which in that case are RealPlayer media files.. shouldnt be a problem to play ‘em with RealPlay.. and if i’m not wrong there's a Divx version too for those…

If you haven't installed RealPlayer yet, you could also install the “Real Alternative” instead which also lets you play .rm files:

mp4 files are MPEG-4. If you download and install Quicktime, you'll be able to play them.

If you're on Linux, I've had luck with playing mpeg-4 files in both mplayer and totem/xine.

These tutorial files are from the Side Effects Software tutorial page [sidefx.com], available from Learning->Tutorials in the header of all these pages.

(In particular, I think he's talking about the Autorig Quickstart.)
