Looking at Bundles & Groups, is there any way to keep a selection of nodes with their visible flag state?

i.e. 3 nodes, 2 have visible flags and I want them in a group with a record of that visible flag state. I can then turn the group on/off without all the nodes having their visibility flags being turned on.
