Hello
I was wondering what is Storm render mode in Solaris.
I've been searching the documentation and there's nothing about it….

Allegedly it`s Sidefx`s variant of USD`s Hydra imaging framework…

Storm used be called HydraGL, its the realtime renderer provided by pixar and the open source USD project. Because ‘hydra’ is also the name of another module within USD it got a little confusing, so it got renamed to ‘storm’.

Storm is the new name of Pixar's
fast interactive viewport-style renderer
they ship together with USD.

Thanks for all your answer !

So i suppose it's the perfect viewport when you got some big USD scene to load with animation and so on…
