is there a link to show what daily builds fixed? also, is it worth updating a short jump say from 0.460 to 0.469 or wait for a greater difference say 0.475 or such?

If you get a bug that is been fixed in the daily builds, go and install it. As far as they aren't “production releases”, I don't usually find any problems using them, stables as production builds.

I know several people who like to use these very tools. Apparently they did not find any problems or disadvantages of using this.
