Parameters locked and greyed out

I opened Houdini project today and all parameters in all nodes in the project are locked and greyed out. How can I resolve it?

Weird.
Maybe try File/Set Project and browse to the folder for the project..?
Using Houdini Indie 20.0
Windows 11 64GB Ryzen 16 core.
nVidia 3050RTX 8BG RAM.
