Set UProperty on top actor level

It seems we can only set a UProperty (with unreal_uproperty_*) on component level. There's quite a few of important properties to be set on the actor level, namely World Partition - "Grid placement" and "Runtime Grid".

Am I missing something or is this a missing feature?
