Hi there! At work, I've got access to Houdini Master 19.0.383 (py3), and I've been trying to follow the below workflow for retargeting FBX animation:

https://www.sidefx.com/docs/houdini/character/kinefx/retargeting.html [www.sidefx.com]

However, none of the nodes they mention, Rig Match Pose, Map Points, Full Body IK, are available, and I have a Bone Deform node, instead of Joint Deform node. I couldn't find anything about this. Is there something I need to have downloaded, or an option I need to enable? Thanks for any help!

Oh weird, I notice on start up, that I get the following notifications, in the Houdini Console popup:

opalias: 'kinefx::adapttoterrain' is not a known operator.
opalias: 'kinefx::fbikconfiguretargets' is not a known operator.
opalias: 'kinefx::rigdoctor' is not a known operator.
opalias: 'kinefx::rigmirrorpose' is not a known operator.
opalias: 'kinefx::rigpose' is not a known operator.
opalias: 'kinefx::skeleton' is not a known operator.
opalias: 'kinefx::parentjoints' is not a known operator.
opalias: 'kinefx::orientjoints' is not a known operator.
opalias: 'kinefx::configurejoints' is not a known operator.
opalias: 'kinefx::jointcapturebiharmonic' is not a known operator.
opalias: 'kinefx::' is not a known operator.
opalias: 'kinefx::' is not a known operator.

Would anyone know what causes this?

As a first test, I'd try hiding/deleting your prefs and any environment variables you've set, see if it works from a clean slate. Seems to me like your paths are borked, and it can't find the correct kinefx package.

At work we've had similar experiences of missing hda definitions, and the cause of it is that the Houdini shortcut is using %HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH% as start location (which did not work with our IT's set up). So you can either change the shortcut properties to %USERPROFILE% in the shortcut, or change those environment variables appropriately before starting Houdini.
