hi.
i need to make textured brick for wood oven. every brick has to be a liitle bit different. how to start making such a brick? it has not to be hi poly because my comp is not so fast. during render it has to work. also i have to fill holes between bricks. have no idea how to do it.

you could copy bricks to resampled surface distance isolines.
