EDIT - SCENE FILE HERE DIDN'T LINK CORRECTLY - D'OH - FILE REUPLOADED WITH NO DEPENDENCIES.
Hi,

So I've got a bit of old geo (from GCode - don't ask) which I'm trying to replicate by slicing it (intersection analysis) into several layers and then polyloft. I've managed to get the cross sections using intersection analysis and got curves that correspond to the shape - I've fused the points and even separated them and remerged them but the geo still comes back bananas - it feels like this should be much easier. How do I get a continuous surface? The curves were generated by intersection and resampled. I think they are polylines - hitting them with a convert to anything else doesn't do anything useful. Or am I using the wrong method? Pics below and scene file attached.

Thank you.

I want to connect these in a predictably linear fashion

But this is what I get

apologies - fixed. Here is a much simplified version with no dependencies. For those allergic to zip files here is scene file with bgeo on it's own as well.

Figured out a method - LABS "edge group to curve" in each case. "Convert" doesn't work for some reason. I have no idea why.
