[Solved Kind of]Seeking tutorial for plant growth animation inside meshes

Is there any FREE tutorial or plug-in that can let me create a growing plant animation that fits within different meshes?

I am imagining a system where I import a random simple mesh and then have a plant grow to fit the shape of the mesh.

Kind of like this:



Solution: I found a Blender Tutorial on this exact concept and have decided to do it in Blender. The Tutorial is more than a year old, so I have been working on optimizing things with newer Geometry Nodes and I have had some success doing so.
