As you can see, the UV map didn't change in scale at all. Did something change with version 21 or am I doing something wrong?

I am brand new to Houdini and trying to follow the "H20.5 FOUNDATIONS | WELCOME" tutorial here [www.sidefx.com], and am stuck on the step of UV Scale
