I'm having alot of trouble with feathers and have been banging my head agains the wall for a few days now.

So I cant get feathers to draw on my characrter FBX. I've got the draw tool pointed to my characters skin, I've checked everywhere online to find a solution but have gotten nowhere. My brush wont show up in my viewport if that help pinpoint the issue.
