Animated texture not playing in the Viewport H21

The Title says it,

I feel like i have tried every single possibility and suggestion on the Internet but without success. I don't know wether or not it works in Solaris but it is irrelevant for me since i work in SOP.

- I use Vray for rendering but it also doesn't work with principled shader or with uvquickshade node.
- in the filepath i've tried both $F4 and `padzero(4, $F5)`.
- I already checked the display setting for material update and it's set correctly.
- Auto Update is enabled.

I really hope anyone has a suggestion what else to try, becuase i remember it woring fine on a project a couple of years ago.


some spect reagrding my system:

Houdini Version: 21.0.512
OS: Windows 11
Grafics Card: Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti

A small update if anyone is has the same problem... i got it working by switching from Vulkan back to OpenGL in the 3D Viewport preferences.

So i would like to submit this as a bug report.
