I'm just wondering if SESI could edit the file SOP, and add a write/open function, like the File DOP.

I think it could be great to have a form of bake geometry or save your model from SHOP.

I'm a newbie with Houdini, so maybe it's a stupid request )

You probably know this already but from within SOPs you can right click on any node and write out geometry.

Try using a rop operator, I assume you mean writing geometry from SOPs not SHOPs
