Why are some particles being culled/dissapearing & reappearing depending on viewport? I tried restarting the project but this is default Houdini apparently, is there a way to fix this?

aim the normal of the particle to the camera, after that you can measure the angle and delete if bigger or smaller of what you want.

you may want to try adjusting clipping planes in the Display Options/Camera Tab
