Hi all, I am setting up the interface for a HDA, I make a mistake and want to delete some parameter from the interface but houdini didn't let me to do so (the parameter name gray out and delete option is not available), even I delete all the node inside the subnet. Is there any reason for that?

Hopefully you enabled the “Save Backup” option. You could just replace your otl with one of those

Well, I can always set up the interface again, but is it the only way out? I mean, the interface is mean to be customizable, and there is all sort of reason to add/delete something afterward, it's so strange that you can't delete your own custom parameter…

From what I understand you want to actually edit the asset definition. This is done with the “Type Properties…” dialog from the right-click menu, not with the “Edit parameter interface…” dialog.
The “Allow editing of contents” should be on too.
