Hi all,
Thanks for taking a sec to look into my issue.

I have a really detailed model that was maed in Maya. It has well over 250 separate pieces of geometry. I want to bring it into Houdini for rigging, animation and cloth simulation.

So My question is what is the best way to bring all the geometry in as separate pieces?

Is there a way to go about this?

I imported a car model from maya and all pieces were separated. It was fbx, so I recommend it…
