In the example that I extracted this lesson from the final goal was to use a stamp function with a timeshift sop to create a “domino” effect.
The copy sop won't provide the orientation that I need and the sweep sop obviously doesn't have a stamp function.
In my case I just wanted to focus on the orientation technique.

Can you explain why you didn't just sweep the box on the curve directly?

Ah, I see that's interesting. I've always done this the other way around. I would have used a copy sop with stamping after the box, and then put that in the sweep sop and turned on “One primitive at a time”
