deep raster and fog shader

In 8.x was very useful to create deep raster channels (export parms) in fog shader and connect it to atmosphere obj. And there was no need to create this parms in all shaders in scene.
But in 9.x this not work. Export parameters in fog shader always get zero.
Is this a bug?

Is this normal for 9.x?
So how can i create custom deep raster channels for all shaders in a simplest way?
