trim a nurbs can

I have build a nurbs can and I want to trim a circle through the can.

I get uggly results and I don't know why.

Hi

I just ad a convert node to your can and used a tube node with a cookie node. That looks good I think

Hi ,

:idea:, To avoid to convert in polygons , check parameter on project sop, Super accurate projection, it must be set.

I get uggly results and I don't know why.
It's because your geometry is very very small and at that size you probably get rounding errors.
I also recommend to use the parametric projection if possible, as it is by default more accurate (it mathematically maps the trim curve in the domain of the surface, instead of projecting it).
