Hi everyone thought I would start a thread on creating a Tsunami wave, like in the movie Surfs Up and make a tutorial for it.
I want to get a few peoples opinions of the best way to lift geometry up and make it crash back down?
I have previously used soft selection in 3ds max to get this effect, along with trying the morpher modifier at different stages. Also I have used Blend shapes in Maya which worked better as the geometry would merge back together, but wondering how this can be done in Houdini.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
