Hi!!

Animated with houdini CHOPS; i have created an interface for the procedural animation of the fish; The jelly shader is done with VOPs, extensive use of gather functions for the reflection, refraction and volume effect; A custom Seeliger illumination loop for the incandescence effect.

Thanks.

It looks cool! and moves pretty smoothly.
I think it would be even more interesting if you would see some of the inside of that fish, guts or a hint of grates/skeleton. Then again I have no idea whether a fish like that has got transparent skin… just thought it would look cool .

yes, looks really neat. Nice stereo effect too, though, you can try desaturating the blue a bit. It won't look as impressively incandescent, but for anaglyph stereo too much blue may diminish the stereo effect. That's because this blue color will be seen only by one eye (the one with blue filter) and the fish will disappear from the other eye (the red filter), making it hard for the brain to fuse the two images together. Desaturating will make the fish appear more evenly for both eyes.

Good to see another Belgian using Houdini!

It's a good start. Depending on what industry you are going for you might want to get away a bit from the logo's and apply it more in a vfx context (comped and matchmoved into a scene).
