Hello!

At SIGGRAPH 2010 in Los Angeles, Side Effects Software
will have an education presence on the show floor and
a Houdini 11 Launch event!

We are excited to continue our focus on Education
this year, and at our booth we would like to promote
your school and highlight the work of your students in
a student demo reel.

Like last year, we are creating a student reel, a playlist
of finished pieces. These finished pieces can be created
entirely in Houdini or can be created with a hybrid of
Houdini and other softwares. In-between these student
pieces we wish to highlight ideas about Houdini in Education.
Therefore, we are also gathering short quotes from school
professionals, students and industry professionals. If
you are interested in submitting student work for our
student reel and/or contributing a quote(s) to our
in-between panels then please forward the following:

1. HD quality (if possible) student shorts as QT or
other common video format - available for download

2. Signed permission allowing use of the footage
(permission form attached)

3. School logo must be supplied (preferably in Vector
format - or high res) for use in title slates.

4. If possible, one or more positive quotes about
Houdini from a student, teacher, program director,
or industry professional.
