I've been trying to do this same thing. I've seen mention of the possibility of using the oceanfoam emitter to feed into the whitewater source but can't seem to figure out how to get it to work. Also, should the spectrum ocean waves tool also be plugged into the white water?

Hi there, I'm trying to do this very same thing. I need to create a “wren” like shader for edges. Have you found any solutions? I'll let you know if I figure it out.

Technical Discussion » OpenGL render Node - color textures not showing

Hi,
I've been experimenting with the OpenGL render node and can't seem to get it to render color textures. My flipbook and viewport is displaying textures fine. Is anyone else having this problem? Do I need to build some sort of special OpenGL texture setup in my shader? I"ve tried all of the conventional shaders that come with Houdini that have opengl built into them. I've attached a hip file and a screenshot of my screen. Thanks for your help in advance!

graphics cards: Maximus 2.0 (k5000 & tesla k20)
Windows 7 HP z820 16core
I've tried all opengl settings and none seem to work
