Hi.
I felt caching is faster in ROPOutputDriver than file-node, not sure how many users would disagree that.
In dopnet, Is there any way to continue/append caching with ROPOutputDriver after restarting houdini.
Does ROPOutputDriver only write cache? is there any way to read existing cache for some frames and then write the new frames…
thanks in advance

Hi.
where can I find jefflait_fluidstechevening's wave scene file - in order to understand the method better…
http://www.sidefx.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=1490&Itemid=310 [sidefx.com]
In particular, I want to learn how the wave bends in front. I tried with waveform, it falls straight.

Simple harmonic motion
is periodic - as it repeats itself at standard intervals in a specific manner - and sinusoidal, with constant amplitude;
try this expression
sin($F*10)*2
where frequency=10 and amplitude=2, change the values according to ur need…
