Thank you. I hope I didn't pay for a beta, but I'll upgrade as you suggest.

I am sorry if this has been addressed already - I haven't been able to find an answer.
When I press the tab key with the mouse focus in the network pane, the menu keeps flickering on and off and won't allow a click on any of the tab menu options. The only way to stop it is to shut down Houdini and restart the machine. After Houdini is closed, and before I restart, the taskbar “Windows icon” and any selected icon on my desktop flickers in the same way. Anyone have a clue what that is about?
This happens repeatedly - I have open a fairly simple file with a revolved NURBs curve to form a “fishbowl' with the default glass shader and two ”walls" which are two cube primitives with the default brick shader. No animations or dynamics of any kind.
My rig:
Houdini Master Version 9.5.155 on a Windows Vista 32bit Ultimate SP1 machine. Intel Core Duo CPU T8100 @ 2.10 GHz. 2 GB RAM. NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT
