I install the Houdini 9.5.230 x86 version, and it's all OK, works good.
I think only Houdini v10 have that problem. I'll check it on MacOS, and it's slow too.

Hi. When i'm trying to repeat first part of this tutorial - http://www.sidefx.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=1423&Itemid=132 [sidefx.com]
Actualy when I create “point” node, which used for add colors from image to particles and enter expression to RGB fields - pic(“/img/comp1/somepicture”, $BBX, $BBZ, D_CR) and for other 2 colors.
After that houdini execute this little code and apply the colors to each particles, but do it very slow. Some people say that problem scripts only on windows platform.
May be any one know how fix it? The version of Houdini is 10.0.249.5 and OS Windows XP x64 SP2
Thanks.
PS: Sory for so terrible english
