With defining HOUDINI_TEMP_DIR global variable you can change your default temp folder to another drive.
Also you can save your caches directly to specify path via caching setting on AutoDopNetwork too.

maybe your simulation is so heavy and Houdini just save some specify frames on the memory (cheack blue line on the time line) and clear simulated data from first frames ,in this case you have to increase memory allocation on the AutoDopNetworks parameters.

For setting keyframe or using global variables such as $T or $F in the VOP's parameters ,You should first promoting them to outside of VOP network (via MMB and choose Promote Parameter on your specify parameter).
You can't do this inside of VOP network !!!

You should convert your video to sequenced image and just simply use your similar way for using single image.
Just don't forget to use $F for padding number of sequenced images.
e.g :
C:\\testTexure\\mySeqPics.$F.tga

is your object animated on Object Level (from transform setting in the Geometry node) ?
if yes , you have to use Transform SOP for animating your object in the SOP level (Geometry network).
If it's not your solution , send me a snap shot of your project.

Hi
If you using Cache Point (Explicit Cache) section in the AutoDopNetwork parameter ,then you can do this very well.

Also you can use Solver SOP node , in this method you should add velocity vector to previous position of point in last frame , But using Particles is simpler for you.

V attribute can be use in the DOP network , so you should convert your points to the particles , then you can use V for moving these particles,

You can create Unique Name Attribute based on each Cube , Then using Portioning section in the ROP Alembic Output node for making a hierarchy based on Name attribute . then you should have access to each cube in other 3D apps.

there is couple of ways , maybe simpler way is convert your curve to geometry via Polywire , Then use VDBfromPolygon to convert it to VDB volume , Then you can use Surface Attribute section in the VDBfromPolygon node to export your v attribute to the VDB.

You have couple ways such as using Stamp expression and Primitive SOP.
for this individual situation using Primitive SOP is so faster than Stamp method.
I made both method in the attached project for you.

if you used default characters in Houdini (e.g Mocap Biped) ,Just add a Object Merge SOP in a geometry network ,Then set geometry of your character to this node and finally use Rop Output Driver for exporting your animated character geometry.
you can find a geo node inside networks of any characters in the Houdini.
