Licensing: Connecting through Proxy requiring authentication

I'm attempting to get a copy of apprentice installed here at work so I can use it in my down time, but we use a proxy for our internet access and the licensing server can't connect to sidefx. I've entered the proxy information into the hserver's preferences, but it doesn't seem to flash me for authentication when it attempts to grab licenses. Therefore, its connection to the proxy times out. Is there a settings file for the licensing server I might enter my account, domain and password into so that, when it attempts to access the proxy, the connection is validated and it can obtain its license? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

I am pretty sure the License Administrator does not support authenticated proxies. I think your best bet in this situation is to obtain and install the Apprentice licenses manually (as if there is no Internet connection). See this link for details:
