Hello All:
I am currently in school learning Houdini (using version 16). I have been searching around the forum looking for insight to a question, hopefully someone can help me. I am using Houdini Apprentice at home to do my homework.
At school I have created a simple HDA with the ‘simple biped’and then name the HDA ‘Robit’(I want to animate it and later add to it as I go along). I animated a runcycle using the Robit inside the HDA and then made that into another HDA called ‘Runcycle’ so myself and other students can also use the runcycle in various scenes.
- So the biped is inside an HDA called Robit, which is inside an HDA called ‘runcycle’. It all works fine at school. I uploaded everything that I needed to take home to work (HDA's, my scenes, etc.) I get the error message ‘incomplete asset definition’. There seems to be something that I have forgotten?
Thanks, Tony

Did you install both HDAs? in your hip at home?
If where you have the HDAs at home (what directories/folders) is different than where you had them at school (most likely) then your hip file is still trying to look for them in the same place when you open that hip file at home.
Just re-import both HDAs into your hip file.
