Huge Destruction SIM

Hi all,
i am trying to recreate the biggest simulation i know how although im having trouble optimizing the sim. the sim is made up of bricks windows and multiple floors. i basically just want a missile to come down and explode a portion of the building. however i have that many pieces on my building i dont know how to make it load properly. Would someone pls look at my sim and give me advice

update , its finished. i created glue constraints and plugged them all in. managed to optimize enough to 3 frames takes about a minute or so. but the only thing is im having trouble with my glue strength. its either too loose or too tight and i have literally been sat here for about 8 hours straight. im using the bullet solver on the rigid body sim. would changing it to rbd speed up the process at all?

No, RBD solver is too much slower than Bullet.
