Does anyone know how to convert a hiplc to hip I messed up

As the title reads I copied a NC node into my file and now it's a hiplc file.I messed up what are my options?

open the .hip file with latest date/time from backup subfolder
EDIT: actually, since .hip was not overriden you should have your latest save before you copied the nc node still saved as .hip
