I had some free time and decided to experiment with creating a close-up of fire. However, it appears that achieving the true likeness of my reference would require a much higher resolution than my system can handle. This is the closest approximation I could achieve without pushing my system to its limits.
The confinement of the fire seems a bit off; it would have benefited from custom velocity adjustments to fine-tune the rotation of the flames. However, I chose not to redo it. This is the end result. I focused on getting the fire right, and the rest of the scene was quickly put together just to match the overall aesthetic, rather than aiming for a one-to-one replication.
The model downloaded online, BG is just a image from google. For the simulation, I have used Houdini and rendered using Mantra, although I did try to render it with Karma as well, GPU seems not capable enough for me.

For the parameter around 120 Million Voxels roughly for the larger one at 0.0075 grid separation. Simulation time wasn't that bad around 5-6 hours all combined. Render time around 1 min per frame for the Pyro. The Light Pass took a while, as expected. Compositing is done on Nuke.
