INSTANCELY CALM is a relaxing short film and it's name is a pun based on the concept of "instancing" in 3D. In particular the trees in this video is all instanced. There is technically only 3 different tree variants, but a total of around 1.215 million trees in the scene in total thanks to instancing.

#houdini was used as the main tool and it was all rendered with #octanerender, #nuke and #resolve was used for grading and edits.
