Hello. I have a wweird problem and was hoping somebody could please help. It maybe something simple, I'm new to Houdini. Please let me know. I have three spheres using mountain deformers that I'm using as pyro emitters. They're all children of different objects and have “Keep Position When Parenting” and “Child Compensation” checked on. I move/rotate/scale them into place and save the File. When I re-open they are back at a previous position. Flattened, below from where they should. One of them does not have the mountain deformer and is back to 0,0,0.
This is not happening with other geometry that is also under my animating geometry (that comes from an FBX from Maya).
Anybody has any ideas? any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
objects changing transform everytime a scene opens
