I try to output the value of a node parameter to the textport.
ie in the group SOP i have an Filter Expression. I want to see the values
How could I do that

You can just use print function in the expression filter before your conditions.

Ok my friend, if you absolutely want to print your values in the Textport I don't have a any good idea but if you want to print your values just in any command window like CMD instead Houdini Console ,
You can use Python Shell instead Textport ,it's really like Textport just you should type your expressions in Python and I think it's not really hard !

I attached a simple example for you, just don't forget to open Python shell !
