I'm exploring ML_Train_Neural_Cellular_Automata COP recipe demonstrated by Jakob Ringler in his HIVE presentation [youtu.be]. Why is root access required for downloading vgg_ilsvrc_16_layers_oxford.pth checkpoint? Is Houdini trying to put the file into HFS instead of HOUDINI_USER_PREF_DIR?
