Not sure if I named this post clear enough. However, I have primitive with 4 points. I want/need, using VOP (if possible) to calculate distance between specific points. Want to calculate vector between point 0 and 1, and also between 0 and 3, for example. I was trying to use compare and if operators, so I filter needed points but I can not get correct values. I am guessing that VOP is doing operation per point so I can not access all points on one iteration, correct?
What would be best approach for this?

This is problem with Intel graphic cards, crappy OpenGL support. It can not be fixed, it will work on smaller scenes, but when you start working on larger scenes you will experience poor viewport performances. Intel cards are really bad for 3d work.

I would say Ubuntu problem. Had similar UI problems with Maya and Unity. Drop down menu just does not show. When unity is disabled (Gnome classic) it works perfectly.

I would really like to see this implemented into Houdini. I noticed that for Edge divide to work properly it is important to select edges in correct order. Sometime it is time consuming to select one by one, so ring selection or option to select next edge (but ring not loop direction) would be great. Rotate direction to side edge not one that is ‘touching’, and than hit Next. How can I send some features request as ApprenticeHD user?

You need to be inside geometry node. Option is not on object level.

What would be way to connect (create edge in-between) two vertex on polygon?
Here is situation, I want to connect 32 and 28.

It works under OSX without problem. Houdini recognize it, as any other 3d app I have, even CUDA works perfectly.

Same is happening on daily builds. And it is related to GL2.1. When I switch to H11 problems disappear.

Not sure why is this happening, but one scene where I imported two obj models (aprox 25mb each), eats lot of my RAM, around 8gb, where same scene on Windows does not take more than 1.5gb. When I import model everything looks OK, but as soon as I start working on model, selecting, creating groups, Houdini starts slowly eating RAM. So scene that used 1.5 GB of RAM at beginning, uses 8gb at the end. Clearing cache does not help at all.
How can I see if this is some memory leak or bug?
Might be some OpenGL problem, I noticed after just selecting polygons it eats 1gb of RAM …. I have custom card, Nvidia GTX570 on it.
