Is there any way to prevent text markers from disappearing when zooming in?

Try selecting some points in your view and hitting Space+F. That will frame them and adjust the clipping planes. If that doesn't address it, try manually adjusting the clipping planes in the Display Options (press D over the viewport > Camera).

If that still doesn't address it, it might be a bug and you could try using the OpenGL viewport if you're on Vulkan (Edit > Preferences > 3D Viewports > Renderer).

Sadly none of those seems to work.
