Car Drift 2026年8月2日5:06
Hi everyone,
I'm trying to recreate the drift shot from BUGATTI CHIRON Pur Sport: "C" the Drift.
The first attachment is the original reference:

The second attachment is my recreation. I changed the car to a BMW and also changed the drift direction:
I'd love to get some feedback on how I can improve it.
So far, I've noticed these issues:
For the tiling issue, I tried using the HexTiled Karma node, but I can't figure out how to use it properly.
The HexTiled node outputs color or normal data, but the textures I'm using from Poly Haven are separate grayscale maps (diffuse/albedo, roughness, etc.). I'm not sure how to connect those maps correctly or whether I need a separate HexTiled node for each texture.

For the background, I'm thinking about generating or finding a simple panoramic image (using AI or a stock image), then projecting it onto a backplate/back plane in Nuke.
Are there any other areas you think I should focus on? Any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

So far, I've noticed these issues:
- The tire smoke shape and behavior need improvement.
- The background doesn't look convincing.
- The asphalt texture is obviously tiling.

Collision issue 2026年7月15日13:20
Hi, I'm making a drift car simulation.
First, I created a POP Solver for the tire smoke. Then I added the rest of the car as a VDB collision object using a Static Object node.
However, during the simulation, the particles seem to pass through the car. What am I doing wrong?
