Packing Names into a Shape May 27, 2019, 2:33 p.m.
So, I'm not even sure what I'm trying to do is possible, but the more I work with Houdini the more it seems capable of doing everything.
I have a text file that has a bunch of names in 4 different fonts, that I need to pack into a specific shape (an arrow in this case). Essentially it's just a word cloud.
I know how I could use the UV Pack to pack one name that I've entered into a font node, but I'm at a loss of how to pack many names. I was hoping to use houdini for this as I'm not sure how many names there will be, hundreds to maybe thousands.
Any insight would be very appreciated.
