I came across this tonight too , the solution that worked for me was to go to the REDSHIFT object properties tab on the offending node and in Render tab turn off the checkbox for "Render the OBJ nodes inside OBJ/SOP subnets" at the bottom.

Hope this helps , i hate annoying warnings too.
