HtoA Exporting relative image paths to ASS files Jan. 28, 2019, 2:19 a.m.
I'm attempting to export ASS scene files from Houdini using HtoA so that we can render scenes using our bespoke render farm but have run into an issue in regards to the texture_searchpath attribute.
When I set texture_searchpath property in the Arnold out node plus any combination of a file-picked or manually entered filename property in the image node, then the generated ASS image node always has the absolute path saved in the filepath attribute instead.
Am I confusing the point of the texture search path property in HtoA (or how the image node filepath attribute works) as I'm used to having the “Absolute Texture Paths” option in MtoA to remove the absolute path from image names when exporting ASS files.
