Hi everyone,

I'm a newbie who just got started learning Houdini for awhile. I'm also using After Effect and my current PC is too old, Im planning to buy a new one, my Budget is $1000. I'm planning to choose Ryzen 1800X as CPU, and I currently have a Quadro 4000 so I think I may not need a GPU for now.

I also heard that I should choose Dual Xenon Workstation but I havent made my decision yet.

Can anyone help enlighten me with this ? Thanks in advance

I tried to use a Volume-Light to my pyro, but I got an error :
“mantra: Point cloud handle referenced before it was opened. Was pcopen() called?”

How can I fix this?
