Yes the Thickness was the issue.
In Polyextrude Node Output back (back group) was turned off by default.Turning it on Solved the issue.

Hi,
I am trying a simple scene,where animated RBD gets interacted with Flipfluids.
But unfortunately the flipfluids doesnt collide with the object and looses the volume.
Have attached the scene file.
